Terms & Conditions: Happily Ever After (HEA) Program
Effective for all HEA live rounds and self-paced participation

1. Confidentiality & Client Privacy

I take your privacy seriously. All personal details shared through intake forms, assessments, coaching calls, or written submissions are treated as strictly confidential. I will never sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties unless required by law, such as in the case of a court order or risk of serious harm.

By joining HEA, you consent to secure data storage, which may include international platforms like Systeme.io, Telegram, Zoom, Mailchimp, and Wix. These platforms are used in alignment with POPIA, GDPR, and relevant privacy laws.

Anonymized feedback or insights may be shared for training or marketing purposes, but never in a way that identifies you without your written consent.

2. Participation & Group Conduct

HEA includes group spaces such as Telegram, live calls, and shared exercises. While I uphold confidentiality on my end, please note:

• You are responsible for what you choose to share.

• All participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others. What is shared in HEA stays in HEA.

• Kindness, self-responsibility, and curiosity are essential.

• Any behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or dismissive of others’ experiences may result in removal from the group without a refund.

You are always welcome to pass or pause during live calls. You are never obligated to share.

3. Refund Policy

This is identity-level, emotionally deep work, not surface-level tips. By enrolling, you are committing to yourself and your growth.

Because of the nature of the HEA program, including immediate access to proprietary tools, private group spaces, and live coaching:

• No refunds will be issued once access begins. This includes pre-work, Telegram access, or the first live call.

• If you cancel before the program begins, you may request a partial refund, minus a 15 percent administrative and preparation fee.

• If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all installments unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access may be paused if a payment fails.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content in the HEA program, including videos, audio recordings, workbooks, scripts, call replays, frameworks, and prompts, is the original intellectual property of Tehilla Luttig Coaching.

By joining the program, you receive a personal use license only.

You May:

• Use the materials for your own healing and personal development.

• Share your insights publicly, provided you credit the HEA Method or Tehilla Luttig.

You May Not:

• Copy, teach, distribute, or resell any part of the HEA content.

• Use any materials to train clients or include in your own coaching or therapy work without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

HEA is a coaching and educational program. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or emergency services.

By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your emotional process and seek additional support where needed.

I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your transformation depends on your level of participation, personal readiness, and willingness to integrate the tools provided.

6. Payment Terms & Lifetime Access

• “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course or platform. If HEA is retired or moved, I will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative access if possible.

• Payment plans are a binding commitment. If you choose not to complete the program, your remaining payments will still be due unless otherwise arranged in writing.
