1. Privacy Policy & Client Confidentiality

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you engage with our digital products or services. By using this website or purchasing a course, you consent to this policy.

I take your privacy seriously. All personal details shared through intake forms, coaching calls, or written submissions are treated as strictly confidential. I do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties unless legally required (e.g., court order).

By enrolling in any course or program, you consent to secure data storage, which may include international platforms (e.g., Systeme.io, Telegram, Zoom, Mailchimp, Wix), all used in compliance with POPIA, GDPR, and other relevant privacy laws.

Anonymized insights or feedback may be shared for training or marketing, but never in a way that identifies you without your explicit written consent.

2. Participation & Group Conduct

For group programs, including chat forums or live calls:

• Respect the confidentiality of other participants. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

• Kindness, curiosity, and self-responsibility are non-negotiables.

• Any behavior that is harmful, shaming, or violates the sacredness of the space may result in removal from the group without a refund.

• You are always free to pass or pause in group calls. You are never forced to share.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Because of the nature of my offerings (digital access, immediate delivery, and sensitive content), all purchases are considered final once accessed or downloaded.

That said, I do offer a 24-hour goodwill refund window for digital courses or masterclasses, provided course access has not yet been initiated.

• Digital Courses & Masterclasses: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

• Group Programs: Non-refundable once access begins (Telegram group, pre-work, or first live call).

• Pre-start cancellations: If you cancel before a live group program begins, you may request a partial refund minus a 15% admin fee.

• Payment Plans: Must be completed in full, even if you do not finish the program, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All course materials – including PDFs, videos, audio, slides, exercises, and live session recordings – are the original intellectual property of Tehilla Luttig Coaching (unless otherwise credited).

By purchasing a course or program, you receive a personal-use license only.

✅ You May:

• Download and use the materials for your own personal development.

• Share insights publicly (e.g., on social media), as long as Tehilla Luttig or the HEA Method is credited.

❌ You May Not:

• Copy, modify, resell, republish, or share the materials with others.

• Use any content to train clients, teach courses, or integrate into your own offerings without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

• These offerings are educational and coaching-based. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

• I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your transformation depends on your readiness, honesty, and engagement.

6. Payments, Access & Lifetime Use

• “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course or platform. If a course is retired or moved, reasonable notice will be given and download options may be provided.

• Payment plans must be honored as agreed, even if you choose not to complete the content.
