Telegram is a free messaging app, kind of like WhatsApp, but more private and organized. We’ll use it to stay connected throughout the course. You can post reflections, ask questions, and engage with the group outside of calls. I love the ability to leave voice notes, and that no one needs to share their cell numbers as I find those so pesonal.
